  1. How much notice do you need to set up your service for our people?
  2. Securing dedicated accommodation takes four to eight weeks, however, our relocation service is available now.

  3. What’s the minimum time you accommodate people in your executive houses?
  4. Usually two weeks, depending on the type of service required.

  5. Do you deal with other kinds of accommodation such as apartments or rooms?
  6. Absolutely. We have a great deal of experience sourcing one and two-bed apartments as well as rooms in shared houses… our sister company, stone place management, specialises in this.

  7. Do we have to sign up to all the services?
  8. Certainly not! We pride ourselves in creating tailored packages so the you only pay for what you need.

  9. Who would we be dealing with?
  10. Scott Moorley will help structure the service and another director, Nick Bailey, will be your single point of contact. You will also have a dedicated Relocation Manager.

  11. How many people are you able to accommodate at any one time in your Reading properties?
  12. We currently look after over 100 people in and around Reading.

  13. Can you help settle in families?
  14. Yes we can. Our houses can accommodate families and we are also able to help with schools.

  15. Can you help outside the Thames Valley?
  16. We are experts in the Thames Valley and that is our strength. If you need support further a field then we will certainly look into this, but it might take a little longer to set up.

  17. How do you charge for relocation services?
  18. Our charging model is flexible. We charge according to the time and effort to run your service.

  19. What is the difference between your service and traditional relocation or accommodation services?
  20. Our service combines both accommodation and relocation. As such, it is more flexible and straight-forward than traditional services and so can be used for more people – not just top management.

  21. We only need short term accommodation – do you help with that?
  22. This depends on how much and how often. We will certainly help if we can!

  23. Do you deal with letting agencies in Reading?
  24. We have an excellent working relationship with virtually every letting agent in Reading, built up over the last four years.

  25. Can you help a Bracknell-based organisation?
  26. Yes we can. Our team can cover the M4 corridor from Slough through to Newbury.
